AV&R Academy is a learning platform designed to help every user of AV&R machines master our technology, from daily operation to advanced programming.
Until now, most of what our customers learned about their system was learned in person: a bootcamp, an advanced training week, a call to an AV&R expert. AV&R Academy was created to support the learning process of our technology.
The subjects our experts are asked about most often are recorded as short videos and tutorials, organized into modules, and grouped into a path for each profile. Whether you already operate an AV&R system or want to unlock its full potential, this is where you build the skills that matter.
Through a series of structured, free modules, you progress from foundational knowledge to advanced mastery, based on your real needs and day to day applications.
Train on real machines, or in offline mode, with practical scenarios that translate directly to production.
Follow a path designed specifically for your responsibilities and level of expertise.
Turn knowledge into results with training focused on operation, programming and performance.
Progress module by module, pause any time, and pick up exactly where you left off.
AV&R Academy is made by AV&R employees: the experts who designed and built your machines. We developed these lessons to help you understand our technology the way we know it, and to share our expertise so you can use our systems to their full potential.
The people explaining are the same people you would meet at your facility when we come to support you. Every lesson is written and recorded by them, not generated.
The same content serves two purposes: it makes your team autonomous, and it shortens the time between a new hire and a productive one.
A new user follows a ready-made path instead of learning over someone's shoulder, and the person training them keeps working.
Alarms, recipes, calibration and routine upkeep are covered step by step, so fewer questions need an AV&R expert on the line.
Everyone learns the same method, from the same source, whichever site or shift they work on.
AV&R Universe is open to everyone. The rest of the programme opens once your account is created.
